Our UPVc sash windows are available in the Classic, Authentic, Heritage and Vintage Collections. The Classic Collection is competitively priced and designed to match the casement window ranges. The Authentic Collection has chamfered putty line sashes along with external Georgian bars to simulate a traditional appearance. The Heritage Collection is lighter weight and ideal for new build properties who continue to seek a period exterior. Finally, the Vintage Collection has the greatest authentic detail compared with the other ranges- such as deep bottoms rails, run through horns and white foils, rendering it an excellent choice for conservation areas. These windows don't have to come with a straight top, they can also be made with a true arch or swept head, adding that individual character to your home. Whatever your preferences, we can guarantee to find a collection that best suits your budget!

To prevent damp patches that often arrive on the internal walls around window frames, these windows are engineered using Cill Gaskets. These Gaskets sit where the frame joins the cill, to stop water leaking through into your property
These horns are available in continuous or plant on designs. These are extras that sit below the top sash on the internal and external windows. Originally, they existed as a method of preventing the sash from being pulled down too much. Today however, they exist as a purely decorative feature which adds to the authenticity of the UPVc sash windows
The frame sizes are as follows:
Classic and Authentic Collection- 147mm outer frame size or 133mm frame size as an extra (with a larger cill)
Vintage- 133mm outer frame with an exclusive bead design
Heritage- 133mm outer frame only
In order to allow your windows to match in with one another, and to achieve ultimate symmetry dummy sashes can be fitted which do not open. These also reduce the cost compared with an opening window as they do not require window furniture or hardware
The Classic, Authentic and Vintage Collections use scroll handles, whilst our vintage range has a handle bead. The windows are made to be incredibly practical, and can be fitted with a 'ring pull' or 'pole eye' that is attached to the top sash to allow for easy opening of the upper sash. A D handle is also optional, and would be fitted on the under side of the top sash
Sliding Sash Windows are more commonly split into two equal sections on the top and bottom sash. However, these are also available in 1/3, 1/5, 2/3 and 40/60 splits which may be needed in order for your windows to be in keeping with the rest of your house if they are not all 50/50 split sash
